Friendly and helpful staff, they knew the answers to all our questions. Our room had everything we needed - a comfy bed, a kitchen, and a clean bathroom. 😊

Location: the hotel was close enough to Tolmezzo, town square and restaurants bars and shopping. Great to be 300 metres away from Il Bretol, enjoyed our meal there. They offered huge and generous sized rooms with a refrigerator and a table and chairs. We loved wake-up service available.

Great location - super close to the town center and all the hustle and bustle on a lively Saturday afternoon. Plus, you're right in the heart of everything. Our room had a cozy queen bed along with a private bathroom, a handy fridge, and a really comfy bed. 😊

We loved the central location of the hotel, right at the town square and surrounded by a good selection of restaurants. the spacious rooms and bathroom were very clean, and the Italian breakfast served by the friendly staff was a great way to start our day. Finally, we appreciated the secure parking available for our vehicle.

the hotel, located right in the middle of town, was in a perfect location. the front desk staff, especially the girl who helped me, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. My room had everything I needed, and the view over the square was lovely. Plus, there were pizzerias and an ice cream shop nearby, which was a bonus. I also appreciated the secure parking for my motorbike. it was an excellent value for the money and the staff made my stay even more enjoyable. Cons: All was perfect! 😊.

This hotel is an absolute steal! The location is bang in the town center, with everything at your doorstep. The parking is safe and secure in the hotel courtyard. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and incredibly clean. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread is delicious, with a good variety of croissants. There's even a meeting room on my floor with a huge TV for watching the Champion's League. Super convenient! Highly recommend.

Everything was spot on.

Spent the new year at this hotel and it was just okay. Loved the comfortable beds and the spacious bathroom. the parking facilities were great, free and we felt safe parking our car at the hotel. the staff were friendly and the location was right in the center of town, which made it easy to explore and find restaurants.

The wifi was awful, we were struggling to connect to the internet and the signal was weak even in the common areas. the breakfast was also quite disappointing;

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the very heart of the charming town. The location was perfect, as it was directly on the town square, allowing me to easily explore Tolmezzo's attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, and I particularly enjoyed watching TV in the comfort of my room. The breakfast included was a highlight, with super Italian coffee and fresh croissants that started my day off right.

Everything was just fine, no improvements needed.
